"SOCIAL security in the wealthy emirate of Abu Dhabi will cover the cost of circumcising men who convert to Islam, the Al-Bayan daily reported on Saturday."
Meanwhile, next door in Saudi Arabia and in many parts of the Islamic world, you can get an all expenses paid one-way excursion to the big oasis in the sky for leaving the religion. Who says there are no win-win situations in the world?
PS: Yes, I know Dubai is not Abu Dhabi.
