When life hands you a lemon...

...squeeze it into the eyes of someone you despise. No, wait, I do not usually say things like that, I am just in a mellow mood because of Valentine's Day. Which also happens to be the day ushering the year of the tiger - the same tiger that is going extinct because of the very reproductive organ that is supposed to perpetuate its species is coveted by humans. Elephant tusks and rhino horns can be cut off, but not so with Mr Tiger's wand, eh?

Which is why I found this article utterly hilarious to start the (Asian) new year with:  Malaysian submarine can't dive. That's right, Malaysia purchased a European submarine, which has a *tiny* problem, namely it cannot dive. Whoa. Talk about a billion-dollar lemon. How does Malaysia manage these things? They must have a particularly powerful version of that hoary old oxymoron, military intelligence.

The tiger's raison d'etre is going to kill it; the submarine's lack of it does it in.
