Finally, the martini bar is open. Gin, check. Dry vermouth, check. Olives and brine, check. Cocktail shaker, no check - we prefer it stirred. Cocktail glass, check check. The bar's open and you're invited. Exceptions will be made for philistines on shaken vs stirred and gin vs vodka.
