A little knowledge...

... is an embarassing thing. Perhaps in the hands of clever people it can be dangerous, but in the hands of idiots, it is just embarassing.

You see this "iPhone" has an "accelerometer". I think it has something to do with a "gyroscope", which is what Icarus used to get close to the sun and we all know what happened. Always adopt a healthily skeptical stance towards so called "modern tech devices".

The iPhone can detect motion, so that if you turn it around the pictures turn and... oh fuck, you've all seen the commercial, probably bought one and use it in ways I do not want to even know.

Anyway, you can shake the iPhone to reload stuff, or even to shuffle a playlist. It was stuck in my head that you can "shake to reload" (sounds dirty) and I loaded up the blog.

And shook and shook and shook, browsing a website, to no avail - it would not refresh. But of course, me idiot!

Thank god I was doing this in the privacy of my bachelor pad.
